Tips: Different types of electric actuated butterfly valve
- Metal bellows direct-acting electric butterfly valve. It is suitable for bottom pressure, medium and small diameter steam medium.
- Plastic film direct-acting electric butterfly valve. It is suitable for midsole pressure, medium caliber gas and water medium.
- The pilot-operated electric butterfly valve. It is suitable for steam, gas and water media of various pressures, specifications and temperatures. If it is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, it can be used in various corrosive media.
- Pilot metal bellows electric butterfly valve. It is suitable for bottom pressure, medium and small diameter steam, gas and other media.
- Pilot diaphragm electric butterfly valve. It is suitable for bottom pressure, high pressure, medium and small diameter steam or water medium.
The channel pressure fluctuation of the electric butterfly valve should be controlled at 80~105% of the input pressure. If this range is exceeded, the properties of pre-decompression will be impaired. Generally, the back valve pressure of the electric butterfly valve should be 0.5 times lower than the front pressure of the valve.
