The PrimePACK IGBT’s can be found in Industrial, commercial, construction and agricultural vehicles. The N-Channel TRENCHSTOP ^TM and Fieldstop IGBT Modules are suitable for hard switching and soft switching applications such as Inverters, UPS and Industrial drives.
