Feature
- Short-Circuit Protection: Automatically protects both the laser retro reflective photoelectric sensor and the load from damage when a short circuit occurs.
- Overload Protection: Activates automatically when excessive current is detected due to unstable or faulty load conditions.
- Reverse Polarity Protection: Prevents laser retro reflective photo sensor damage even if the power supply polarity is reversed.
- Voltage Stabilization Module: Maintains stable internal voltage for consistent operation.
- Wide Voltage Range: The photo sensor operates reliably with a DC 10–30 V power supply.
- Intelligent Chip: Ensures fast response, quick processing, and high precision.
- Adjustable Detection Distance: The mini laser retro reflective photo sensor supports up to 8 m range, easily adjustable to fit actual application needs (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease).
- Reinforced PBT Hard Housing: Durable and resistant to aging.
- High-Transparency Optical Filter Lens: Provides strong anti-interference performance.
- Advanced Laser Components: The photo electric sensor is equipped with advanced laser components, ensuring more stable signals.

Tips: How to install the laser retro reflective photoelectric sensor and reflector for best performance?
- Direct Alignment: Position the laser retro reflective photo sensor and reflector so that they face each other directly. Even a slight angular deviation can weaken or scatter the returned laser signal, reducing detection reliability.
- Stable Mounting Surface: Install both the photo sensor and reflector on a stable, vibration-free surface. Any movement or vibration can cause misalignment and false detections.
- Consistent Height and Orientation: Keep the mini photo sensor and reflector at the same height and orientation. Misalignment in height can reduce the effective reflection and detection range.
- Avoid Obstructions: Ensure there are no objects, dust, or debris between the square photoelectric sensor and reflector, as these can interfere with the laser path.
- Environmental Considerations: If the laser retro reflective photo sensor is exposed to sunlight, strong artificial lights, or reflective surfaces nearby, slightly tilt the sensor to minimize stray reflections that could trigger false signals.
- Secure Fastening: Use screws or a mounting bracket to securely fix the photo sensor and reflector in place. Check periodically that the alignment hasn’t shifted due to vibration or accidental impact.
