Semi-Automatic Drum Filling System

This full featured drum filler works with 30 and 55 gallon drums, ideal for small volume filling operations and most chemicals. All wetted parts are stainless steel with PTFE seals. Just place empty drum on platform and push start button. Centering collar aligns bung opening and positively locates drum. The 36″ filling lance lowers, fills drum and retracts automatically. Single push button operation and microprocessor control ensure accurate, repeatable filling. Accurate to ± .5 lb. based on 3 sigma, using water at 30 PSIG and 110 GPM. Load-cell scale base has 2 1/2″ diameter rollers, 1000 pound capacity. Operates on 115 VAC, 1A and 80 PSIG compressed air. Epoxy coated steel frame and aluminum lance support. 24″ W x 28″ D x 85″H.
