Tips: How to adjust the thermal dispersion air flow switch correctly?

  1. The thermal dispersion air flow switch is adjusted near the minimum flow value when leaving the factory, and cannot be adjusted to a position lower than the ATO factory setting during use, so as not to cause the switch to fail to return to the “no liquid flow” position.
  2. If you need to increase the flow rate, you should turn the adjustment screw clockwise. After increasing the factory setting value, if you need to decrease the flow value, you can turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
  3. After the adjustment is over, check whether the set value of the flow switch is not lower than the factory set value, press the main lever several times, and check whether the switch has a “click” sound when the main lever returns. Turn the adjusting screw in the clock direction until the lever returns with a “click” sound.
  4. The setting screw of the sealing paint cannot be adjusted. Otherwise, once it changes, it will destroy the control of the flow switch or cause the adjustment to fail and fail to work.
  5. If the flow rate is adjusted too high, the flow direction plate will not be driven when the flow rate is low, and the thermal dispersion air flow switch will not work. If the flow rate is adjusted too low, the thermal dispersion air flow switch will be too sensitive and cause malfunction.
