Description
Spiral bevel right angle gearboxes for sale, which are used in 90 degree steering and reduction. Ratio 1:1 to 5:1 for selection, max speed 1450 rpm, max input power 15 hp, 1/2/3/4 ways output shafts with optional directions. Compact right angle gearbox reducer, the higher the torque, the lower the rpm.
Features
- The right angle gearbox uses spiral bevel gears inside. Gears are installed vertically to change the transmission direction at 90°.
- Spiral bevel gear is made of alloy steel, which has been carburized and hardened, and has high rigidity and wear resistance.
- The spiral bevel right angle gear box can change the transmission direction and steering in all directions, which can be used in any mechanical structure and application.
- Compared with the traditional worm gear reducer, the spiral bevel right angle gearbox can provide smoother running ability and larger transmission torque.

Tips: Maintenance for 15 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox.
- Before doing maintenance for the 15 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox, disconnect power prior and do not bypass or inactivate any safety or protective device. Lock out and tag the power supply to prevent unexpected application of power.
- Routinely inspect mounting bolts, couplers, or other power transmitting parts of the 15 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox, to ensure all parts are firmly anchored. Keep shafts and vent plugs (when included) clean to prevent foreign particles from entering seals or housing.
- Inspect daily for any oil leaks and any unusual noises. Inspect weekly for end play in shafts. Inspect belt drive tension after the first ten hours of operation and periodically thereafter.
- Check the oil level every 24 hours of operation for the 15 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox.
- Change the oil when the gear drive has been in service for 50 hours. Routine oil change intervals will vary for each particular installation depending on the severity of the environment.
- Normal changes should occur between 1000 and 3000 hours of operation. The longest life at continuous service will be realized when the oil temperature does not exceed +85℃.
